Default Motherease and wet diaper pail

My friend just ordered a whole bunch of motherease diapers and that will be her whole stash. She told me that the Motherease people said to use a wet diaper pail. Now, from reading here and my research I thought you are not supposed to use a wet diaper pail. What do you all think? Should she use wet or dry? Thanks so much for your help.

    Dry. :-)

A wet pail is a drowning hazaard and a total pain to keep up. You are supposed to change the water daily and then you have to carry sopping wet diapers to the wash.

We use a dry pail (with some ME diapers in our stash) with no problem. As long as you don't go more than a few days between washing it shouldn't be a problem.

We use a dry pail for all our stash (including several Motherease diapers and covers)and we have not had any problems. I do run the diapers through a pre-wash rinse cycle before I add detergent. Perhaps a wet pail would eliminate this step, but I can't think of any other advantage.
