Default How do you get color off your toddler's hands?

My 3 year old decided to do an experiment, without my knowledge, and washed a piece of black construction paper. The color "bled" all over the palms of his hands. We used soap and scrubbed like mad but his palms are still coal black. We are still laughing about this, but we are going to a birthday party tomorrow. It would be nice to be able to clean him up before then. Any ideas? TIA!

I've had the best luck with hand sanitizer. We've never had to deal with construction paper ink though. Not yet anyway... :)
