Gymboree shipping question

When you order $100+ worth at Gymboree, get free shipping and then return some of the things to the store, do they charge you for shipping? or is it like at Gap?

I am so tired of going back to Gymboree to get a different size. My son is 8 months old and inbetween sizes on everything: 6-12 pants are too wide, 0-12 hats are too small. I am thinking of just ordering 2 of everything in different sizes (like I did with my maternity clothes).

They do not charge you the shipping- I have often bought one or two extra things to get free shipping and returned them in store!

I must confess...I too have done that - I'll throw in one expensive item (usually a full-priced dress or jacket) that will put me over the minimum amount for free shipping!
