We just got fingerling potatoes in our veggies box and I've never used them before.

Fingerling potato recipes (vegetarian)?

I'm in love....
..with these potatoes. WHere have they been all my life?
I tried two different recipes (Parmesan crusted and Honey-Dijon) and both were good though the honey-Dijon one is my fave.
