Default In the spirite of the season...baby sunscreen?

I had a horrible time finding anything last year that I liked for DD. We tried Neutrogena and used it again today but I have a huge bottle of blue lizard and hate it-anyone else hate it? I feel like the only one but it is soooo creamy and thick that it takes forever to rub in and it gets so streaky and the spf only goes as high as 30 so I am not a fan. Is there anything else I should try? I ended up using and kind of liking the avon kids lotion with bug repellent in it, kind of took care of both at the same time since we get mosquitos.

Anyone use california baby and like it? What else is recommended..

California baby is one of the ONLY sunblocks that doesnt break Nathan out in a rash. We use both the unscented and the one with citronela in it. Both work great. I just ordered a new tube from my food co op

my 6 year old says the California Baby is thick and greasy feeling. It makes my boys look pasty but it did keep them from getting burned at the beach ALL DAY LONG!!! We use the Neutrogena Ultra sheer dry touch for quick dips in the pool/ sprinkler etc. It works pretty well for us.

CA Baby users here. I also just placed an order and will be trying UV Naturals. Both are rated highly for effectiveness and ingredient safety by EWG's Skin Deep database (both have good UVB/UVA protection, etc.)

Both are physical sunblocks so they are going to be white and take a little bit to rub in.

LOVE the baby sunscreen from Arbonne!
We went on a 7 day cruise & used this on both kids.
When we got home they didn't even look like they had been on vacation!
One of their cousins (who wouldn't use it) was bright red by day 2!
    My two were totally protected.
    I really like it!!

I got a bottle of Arbonne and started using it on Dora when she was 6 months old. It works well, but it was pretty pricey ($19/bottle before tax?). However it lasted a long time, we're just getting to the end of it now! So now we use TJs spf 50. It's a zinc oxide based, which is what we wanted. Cheap too! The kids don't have sensitive skin though.

I know CA Baby is considered the gold standard for baby sunscreen, but we've always used Ocean Potion, SPF 50, without problems. I react to most sunscreens and don't to this kind. They've got the spray on kind, as well, which seems to work great for DS.

    Default Banana Boat SPF 50

We bought Banana Boat at Costco. Anyone used it before? I'm planning on using it for my 7mo old, is that ok?

Another vote for Arbonne baby sunscreen. We are at the beach every weekend all summer long and my very fair boys never get a burn.
