Crazy, but my friend's little guy is turning 9! I can't believe it. I still carry his 2 y.o. baby picture in my wallet! Anyway, I need a good, but not too expensive, gift idea for his birthday. Last 2 years I gave him Legos and "The Dangerous Book for Boys." Looking for something w/ out characters. I know he likes computer games, I'm just not sure which ones. I though about just sending him a card with $20 for a "game of his choice." Should I just do that?

My nephew is turning 9 this year. They grow up so fast!
I have a picture of him right in front of me from his first 4th of July. I don't know if the fact that he's so little and cute is making me cry, or the fact that I'm about 50 pounds thinner in the pic that is doing it. 
Anyway... his favorite thing in the world is $ and Target gc's to buy games with.Lori
