All I have figured out so far is what we are eating tonight, corn on the cob(requested by DS) and these huevos rancheros (which we call Josefina tacos in honor of the AG because that was the only way we could get DD to try them the first time we had them). So yummy!
    DSS biggest by far
    DD littler
    DS littlest

    * "homemade" Indian food last night (using premade sauces) which is a big hit around here

    *beef stew

    *baked ziti and spinach salad

*chicken/turkey burgers with sweet potato fries

*steak, veggie mix, mashed potato & gravy (menu chosen by DS1 for his birthday)

    spaghetti and salad
pulled pork, corn bread, and green beans

DS and I have celiac and he has a dairy allergy plus a metabolic disorder so our menus are pretty blah so that I can avoid making 2 different dinners!

I made this last night and it was really yummy:
    http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/fo...Almonds-109146

Doubled the spices (left out fennel seed) and used boneless chicken breast cut up in bite sized pieces (so reduced the cooking time). Served with white rice.

Tonight I will try to grill if the weather holds up.
