Default Frontier on Amazon $229--?? for Jools

Amazon is having a Britax sale. FR and others on sale...

Jools, I wonder if you could comment on this review I read on Amazon about the FR. The reviewer claims she called Britax and they say FR can't be installed securely in the 2nd row of an Oddy? I'm sure more than one person here has installed this seat in their Oddy successfully.

I don't know what the difference is between the new and older style Ody's, it's a breeze in my 03...I wonder if even the Britax people know that the seats slide back and forth on their tracks and that can make it possible to install just about anything on those captain's chairs?

Thank you, Julie! I thought the review was weird that she said she contacted Britax and they said it "doesn't work" to do in install in a 2nd row in an Oddy! I mean that's prob 25% of their customers right there. She must have talked to a CS rep that didn't know what she was talking about.

That's what I'm thinking, not all CSR's are created equal.....Anyway, I think I know two techs with Ody's of this vintage, now that I try to think about it, and they don't have complaints.

PHEW!!! I'm drooling over the Honda Odyssey (09) and hubby has already said we're getting it within a year (I am of course hoping for in August, lol) and that would have been yucky if it didn't fit. Bryan's currently in a BLVD and I don't see him outgrowing it anytime soon, but if the Frontier, or something comparable, is still around then I plan to get that. In fact, when he outgrows the Scenera I was planning to get the Frontier (Scenera is in hubby's vehicle).
