dream feed and cluster feed? - baby whisperer

for those that use baby whisperer technniques, how soon can i start the dream feed? we did this with ds1 and it seemed to help him have longer stretches of sleep.

is 8 weeks too young to start? something tells me that it was 12 weeks or later. tia

I used the Baby Whisperer technique with both DC (worked beautifully with both).

My DS is 8 mo. and I started the cluster-feeding probably around 6-8 weeks. We never did the dream feed with either child ... clustering seemed to work best for us.
