We had lasagna Tuesday, regular left overs last night... but there is still more left... (and it's already been frozen). Anyway to snaz up leftovers a second time???

I agree - here I might vary the salad that I serve with it (arugula with lemon juice and olive oil instead of our usual mesclun with balsamic and EVOO or Romaine and cucumbers, carrots, etc. with dijon, red wine vinegar, EVOO...you get the idea).
Snazzy breadsticks could be fun, as could a side of broccoli rabe or sliced cucumbers with Vidalia or red onions, white wine vinegar, sugar and a touch of oil.
MMMMM, lasagne on a chilly and damp June evening sounds wonderful!

Lasagna always tastes better after the first day since the flavors meld. That's a treat.![]()

Maybe grill up some vegis to have with it... grilled eggplant, zucchini, bell peppers. Or make a caprese salad... mozzarella, tomato and fresh basil ... drizzle with Evoo and balsamic (YUM). Some yummy fresh baguette or garlic bread!
