    Default Any fun way to dress up lasagna leftovers?

    We had lasagna Tuesday, regular left overs last night... but there is still more left... (and it's already been frozen). Anyway to snaz up leftovers a second time???

    Um, add garlic bread as a side??

    Seriously, lasagna d/n get dressed up here. Its "dressy" enough on its own, LOL.

    I agree - here I might vary the salad that I serve with it (arugula with lemon juice and olive oil instead of our usual mesclun with balsamic and EVOO or Romaine and cucumbers, carrots, etc. with dijon, red wine vinegar, EVOO...you get the idea).

    Snazzy breadsticks could be fun, as could a side of broccoli rabe or sliced cucumbers with Vidalia or red onions, white wine vinegar, sugar and a touch of oil.

    MMMMM, lasagne on a chilly and damp June evening sounds wonderful!

    Maybe grill up some vegis to have with it... grilled eggplant, zucchini, bell peppers. Or make a caprese salad... mozzarella, tomato and fresh basil ... drizzle with Evoo and balsamic (YUM). Some yummy fresh baguette or garlic bread!
