Volo at Target- different than other Volos?

I saw one at Target today for $99. I just bought one (and haven't opened it yet) from BRU for $120. Is that just the mark up, price difference between the stores or is the Target one of lesser quality or something else?

From my understanding the one at target is the EXACT same stroller, just does not come with the rain cover like the BRU one does. Same stroller tho!
