Could you use a steam sterilizer? Hmmm. Just noticed they have terry cloth faces. I'm not sure.

I would probably wipe off the plastic parts with diluted vinegar. And I'd probably eventually immerse it in water to clean it later, despite the directions saying not to. IMO, a cloth teether you can't immerse is not going to work out too well.
