Default Can you get a single issue of "Your Big Backyard" at B&M store?

I have heard good things about this magazine but want to see it in person before ordering it ... Is it available at the bookstore?

I have no idea, but I think I have an extra issue. You can PM me if you want. (I've been online sporadically lately, so I may not be able to get back to you right away.)

Your library might have it, to look at there or even for checkout.

I checked our library and they don't have it. Great idea, though.

I'm fairly certain that you can get it at a bookstore.

I was going to say check your library but I see that you already have.

    We subscribe to this....
DS LOVES looking at the pictures and reading the story about the beaver, bird, skunk and some other animal that I can't think of right now...

I would subscribe to it without hesitation!

You can take a peek into the September edition online : http://www.nwf.org/flash/genericMovie.cfm?width=670&height=460&hasFlash=tru e&title=Take%20a%20look%20inside%20YOUR%20BIG%20BA CKYARD%21&version=&src=/nwfwebadmin/binaryvault/ybb_preview1.swf

If that link doesn't work, go to this page http://www.nwf.org/kids/kzPage.cfm?siteid=2 and look in the right-hand column for "Take a Look Inside (Requires Flash)" and click on it -- it will pop up in a new window.

We've suscribed to BB for two years -- DD likes it, but she likes her Highlights High Five even better. If you decide you want the Big Backyard, drop me a PM and I'll forward you an email so you can subscribe for $15. It's an old email, but the link still works (I just checked.)

    HTH,
    Donna
