    Default bunk bed safety

My older son (7) recently got a bunk bed. My younger son (2) naturally wants to go up there. He nearly fell off. I was right there that time but I need to baby proof this thing. However, it isnt the kind with the ladder, its the kind with built in steps and each step is a drawer.

    Any ideas?

Can you keep your younger son out of your older son's room? Maybe use one of those door knob covers or a baby gate that your older son can operate?

DS1 and DS2 have a connected loft bed and unfortunately DS3 has been able to climb up the ladders since he was 18 mo old. I try to keep their door closed so he can't get in there.
