If you call them to do an exchange they will give you free shipping on the exchange. You can still bring the wrong size boots to Sears to return if you like. They will even give you the sale price on the exchange if the item was on sale originally. Their CS is awesome and the person on the phone encouraged me to call last time as they want to keep their jobs!
