I remember reading that you can anchor it to the ceiling.
Sure if I didn't have kids or had older kids. It just screams "CLIMB ME!!!" Even if it isn't your child, it would be some friend of dc doing the climbing. I am constantly amazed on what other people's kids do (good and bad).

Okay. I'm convinced that my gut reaction was right!
I think we'll build an anti-tip device to install with it. Should work.

If one end is against the wall, then you can anchor that end. It definitely MUST be anchored though - I could see it being easy to tip over!
ETA: didn't read carefully enough that you have concrete walls - you can use masonry screws for that, I think.
We finally got this and put it up last weekend and then banned the kids from the basement . DH worked on it today and has it attached to the ceiling joists with 2x4 wood. I think it's not going anywhere.
Now I can't wait to get my huge box from The Container Store so I can organize this one and the one in DS's room!
