Default Any Anthropologie coupons out there???

Hello! I am dying to make an EXPENSIVE purchase at Anthropologie and wondering if any bargain shoppers out there have any suggestions for how I can find Anthropologie coupons/deals? Thank you for your suggestions!

I've never seen true discount codes, but you do get 15% off in your birthday week or month if you sign up for an Anthro card (it's not a charge card).

agree - the only coupon ever is the one for your birthday month. sign up online! or you could always search ebay and see if anyone's selling a gift card at a discount. I think with the birthday thing, you'd need your 'anthropolgie reward card' with the coupon, so I wouldn't buy someone else's birthday coupon

I'm very new to Anthro - I heard once in a while they offer a free shipping code online.

Can anyone comment on how their clothes hold up to wear and laundering? Compared to Banana? I just bought some things there including silk skirts (dry clean) which I'm not worried about, and polyester blend pencil skirts (washable). I'm thinking the poly blend skirts won't hold up as well as wool (dry clean) skirts at banana.

I also found out that if your size is not available in the store, they can call another store and ship it to your house at no additional charge. I didn't figure this out in the store, but did after I got home and called online to see if other stores had it (online was sold out). They gave me the number of the store in another state and they offered to ship it to me at no additional charge. Wish I had known about this in the store.

Any other shopping tips for the anthro newbie?

IMO wool will always wear better than poly, no matter the brand, it is just a more durable fabric. Otherwise, I like Anthro quality, soft cottons, wear and wash well.

I stalk their sale racks and have gotten some great party dresses that way.

I used to buy Anthropologie clothing all the time when we were better off financially. I've always found the quality outstanding, and if you're not happy, they have a very lenient return policy (no time limit).

While I do agree that it's unfortunate they almost never have coupons, most of the items I've coveted will go on sale (if you find them too pricey now).

If it's something you have to have now, they are offering free shipping for the rest of the Summer I believe if you link your Anthro card on their website.
