We really like our Go...here I modeled my (too big, but just) 9 year old dd in the harness...http://picasaweb.google.com/joolstag...48192673735714 The top spot is about 18 inches, comparable to the Nautilus or Maestro. Here's Leah last year in it with loads of growing room... http://picasaweb.google.com/joolstag...46988311704802
She still fits nearly the same in it this year! Longer torsoed kids seem to be out of it younger, 6-7, which is still fine in most cases for a backless booster as long as they are mature enough to sit still, don't fall asleep, and particularly if the car has curtain airbags for head protection in side impacts.
As a backless it's got deep, wide seating space, but isn't too wide to fit and buckle in my narrowish center spot, it doesn't block the other buckles either so the outboard kids can still buckle up easily.
It's got pretty much zero sleep support, that's it's main pitfall. Oh, it also absolutely requires a top tether in harnessed mode. Fine for newer rental cars, but not ok for cars older than about 2000 when top tethers were in most cars. LATCH install is super easy, seatbelt install is pretty tricky.

Symphony makes a great highback booster... http://carseatblog.com/?p=365 Expires in 8 years. I recommend it a lot at BRU for people who want a 3-in-1, it's so easy to show them how well the belt will fit compared to the very, very poor fit of the Safety 1st/Eddie Bauer 3-in-1's. (check out the comically grouchy girl there in that Eddie Bauer... http://www.iihs.org/research/topics/...s/default.html)
Carseatblog has done lots of combination seat as a booster fit reviews, search around for them there (Maestro, Chase, Cosco).
Ugh, thought I had a picture of the ProSport as a booster, but I don't. Typically Recaros have great booster fit so I assume it'll be good, I'll look for pics as they come out.

Frontier 85 has higher harness and weight limits, and Parkway SG has higher height limits, as a highback and later as a backless (the SG clip is optional, older kids may not like it, probably don't need it). Kids are rarely ready for the seatbelt when the Regent is outgrown by height. (How could they not know that?).

Our Go is going to be used for most of it's 6 yr. time span as a harnessed seat because my girls are 4 yrs. apart. We use it for travel and for DD1 to use to and from preschool when the DCP takes her. I can't see us using it much as a LBB at all because there is still lots of room left once DD1 is ready for a LBB for travel/field trips (around 7, I am guessing although she'll still be in HBB at home 99% of the time) DD2 will be ready for it and will be harnessed in it. DD1 will then have another LBB. DD1 is very similar in size and age to Jools' daughter Leah (however I believe Leah might be a few months older). I've gotten soo accustomed to seing Leah in seats and it's been uber helpful in making carseat choices for DD1.
I'll try to remember to take a photo of DD1 in it this weekend. Oh and FWIW it can't be used as a LBB until a child is 40lbs.

How come the Nautilus is not on the list? Do they not consider it a booster?
