Default Any tips for getting rust off stroller

We just bought a used MBUS and there are some rust spots on it. Would like to get it looking new. Anyone have luck getting rust off a stroller before? What products/techniques did you use?

Will Mr Metal work on that? I did clean off rusted metal parts on my Graco with it.

If it is mild, WD 40 will work. I have also heard of people using steel wool--like those SOS pads.
