    Default is chicken broth wheat-free?

cooking for a dinner guest tonight with a wheat allergy. I just read that some chicken broth has wheat in it.... mine doesn't have it on the ingredients label but that doesn't say much (Kirkland/Costco brand). Is there a type of chicken broth that's absolutely wheat free? Thanks.

ETA: I have a co-worker who cannot have wheat; if you give me your ingredient list I can run it past her.

There are many places/ingredients that wheat can hide in. You would be surprised. I would be careful if it doesn't say gluten free.
