PRime does not include free returns. I have been Prime for a long time and only if the item specifies "free returns" in the description or there is a defect/mistake on Amazon's part do you get free return shipping. Otherwise, you pay. When you go into your Order History, there is a "return item" button next to everything you have purchased and that walks you through your return options and the cost of each option (to you).

so wait, if amazon emailed me a pre-printed UPS label, will the price/cost be deducted from my refund once they receive the item from me, then credit the CC amount, minus the ups fee??
didn't really think of that one, LOL
