Yep, it was great. Posted an ad, got almost 20 responses very quickly, interviewed 4, hired 1, and I LOVE her. She was absolutely wonderful... I moved out of state and still keep in touch, mostly begging her to move where I live now. YMMV, obviously, but there's a big pool of people there. Good luck!
