    Default Formula in a sippy

I know you are not supposed to put a bottle back in the fridge and use it later if the LO has been drinking out of it.

But would you put a sippy back in the fridge and save it for later in the day for an 11 mo old? I am working on trying to drop a bottle and do sippies at meals and don't want to just dump the formula.

    WWYD?

    Thanks!

I think the same theory would apply. The backwash could have bacteria that would grow in time.

That being said...I have been known to reuse a bottle if DD is fighting it rather than just throw it out. As long as it is only a couple of hours and it has been in the fridge

Bacteria from the mouth gets in the formula, so I wouldn't save it. I'm a germphobe though. I toss it if it gets anywhere near an hour old once my LO has drank from bottle or sippy.
