    Default Disney credit card rewards?

Mods, wasn't sure if this should go in the Disney forum, or not... sorry.

What are the benefits of getting one of the Disney credit cards? Do you get discounts on tickets and that sort of thing?

Can you share ways you have benefitted from having one personally?

we have one. you rack up points which translate into a gift card that can be used at the parks (for tickets or food or shopping), disney stores, disney hotels, etc. It has worked out well for us. They used to offer a free stroller rental at Disneyland which we used a few times.... I think now it's just a discount on the rental.

We took advantage of all the benefits listed here for cardholders at WDW:

the character meeting/photo was the best - a very short line and Mickey was even there at the time we went.

We have one--it's how we're saving for an upcoming trip. You also get to hear about any promotions and discounts first.

We used it for our last trip--the points we saved we chose to use to pay for souveniers, and some snacks. We also charged the trip to the card which allowed us to pay it off over 6 months with no interest. (We could have paid for the trip outright, but it was nicer to pay it off in installments.)
