I love wearing dresses in the summer and think they flatter me more than capris and.. shudder.. shorts, but sometimes I need some coverage if I'm traveling or walking. Would bike shorts work? what else?

I think some people wear bike shorts under dresses. Someone else posted using silky, slip like shorts.
