Default THIRD Eureca floor steamer DEAD in 2 months?!

Has this happened to anyone else? I feel like Im either crazy or? This really happened. The THIRD steamer to die on me now. I swear i am using it properly..i mean, how hard can it be, there is just the on button, and the hole to pour the water in. I am not overfilling it. The first two Amazon exchanged for me but i swear if I call them again with this they will probably refuse me for life and i need my diapers!

Ours died after about 6 months. It just stopped working. I called Eureka and they sent me a new one. Maybe try that? I also purchased it through Amazon.

Nope, we've had ours for several months and it works like a charm!

Maybe call the company this time, since it's under warranty?

Let's hope for better luck with our replacements! The manufacturer was really good about it. Said it would take 6 weeks but it arrived in a week or two. And now I have some spare cloths (I just had to send them the sticker from the old unit).

Mine died too after about eight months. It had a short so the heating element didn't work. It was under warranty and the repair took a week. It works fine now.

Check out all the negative reviews for it on Amazon. There are nearly 200 1-star reviews from people experiencing similar problems which is why I went with the Haan Slim & Light instead. Unfortunately, it looks like your problem is not unique.

Is this the Eureka Enviro Steam Mop? IMO, it's the greatest thing since sliced bread! (Actually, better than sliced bread which I so rarely buy!) Or is this some other model?
