Every time I make this dish, I absolutely fall in love with it. Quick, easy, includes green veggies. Yum!

Looks very good, thanks! I wonder if the spinach adds some moisture.

This recipe is so easy and forgiving. If you read the comments under the recipe on the Real Simple site, some ppl have complained, but I can't imagine why!!! I have made this numerous times and it is awesome.

I do look for creamed spinach that has the least amount of ingredients and as natural as possible. The best was Giant Store brand. Once I got a popeye brand at Kroger in IN and it was horrible.

One of these days I am going to make my own creamed spinach and use that instead. Also, I'd like to try using fresh (cooked) spinach with half & half or something similar. Until then, I just follow the recipe.

As far as moisture, the creamed spinach def. adds the most liquid. Again, I think it depends on the creamed spinach you use.

We had it tonight and I am already thinking about having it for lunch tomorrow!!
