They have a Pepper Crusted Filet Mignon recipe that is out of this world. Their recipe includes a step to make the peppercorns more mellow but you can also skip the crust and use the basic method to cook other more flavorful steaks.

I think my DH makes some delicious steaks but by following along with Bridget (in the included video) he made one of the best steaks I have ever had.
