We use a heartworm/tick/flea combo once a month but we are heading into some backwoods and I think we should beef it up with a tick collar. Anyone have one they personally recommend/use?
Sidenote--I would love to skip this. I know these collars are really high in pesticides and that freaks me out. Any other suggestions are welcome.

We use the Preventic tick collar, they are very effective.
