Another idea is that it could be an infected tooth! I had same sort of paid (ear, lymph node, sinus, throat)....thinking it was my ear but really an infected MOLAR! ANd my teeth didn't hurt - but everything else did!

My suggestion would be to go to minit clinic and see if you can get an antibiotic.... definately sounds like an infection of some sort.... advil or motrin with Temporarily make it feel better - but honestly an antibiotic will help long term!
