    We have the School housE rock DVDs!! I found them at Target a few years ago. And the threes song helps DS remember his 3's but there weren't any other songs for math facts on there.

    But I just saw these links and ideas posted by Laura (hellbent). Awesome! Opium going to start singing the math songs with all my kids so they just memorize them before they even start learning multiplication. Thanks!

    Math is all about patterns. Have him count by 2s, 3s etc. show him there is a pattern to it. Also if you take manipulatives (goldfish, pennies, anything) have him show you 2 x 3 by making 2 groups of 3 or 3 groups of 2. Thus he is not just memorizing, he is learning and understanding where multiplication comes from.

    Also asking him different ways to get the answer, like what numbers multiply to get 10. Start by doing 5x2 then ask the question in reverse. Make sense?
