    Default ISO kitchen scale

I'm looking for a kitchen scale. Does anyone have one they love? Any tips on what to look for when buying a kitchen scale?

I also love the OXO -- I'm a bread baker and have totally switched to weighing ingredients, and this one makes it so easy. I got mine from Bed Bath and Beyond with a 20% off coupon.

I bought this one at BB&B with a coupon and I love it. I chose it because it was the cheapest one they had and it works great. I have weighed mail on it and then checked on the scales at the post office and it was exactly the same. Someone complains in the reviews that you can't dish washer it but I always use a plate on it so that's not a problem for me. My mom liked so much she went and got the same one.

I bought mine many years ago. The closest one I can find to it is this: http://www.salterhousewares.com/salt...hen-scale.html except mine does not have a glass top.

The things I love about it: weighs up to 11 pounds, has a tare function, can switch to metric units, can measure liquids, and has a booklet with lots of weights of common ingredients. I wish it had the pull-out display of the one infomama linked to!

I have a white Polder kitchen scale that I got at Costco about six months ago. Love it, especially how it's very flat so can easily be stored in between other things in the kitchen.
