    Agree- it isn't even on my radar of concerns. If it says "best by" then you really have a long grace period!

    Use, although sometimes the dough is more crumbly and won't come out as easily.

    Definitely use. I have used soooo much older than that. And if you use the Aldi brand past the exp. date there is some ingredient that crystallizes and turns into something that looks and feels like shards of glass. When you cook them, they are fine, but it upset me enough to call the hotline and ask!
