I bought them at the Almaden Costco. I've seen them before at the Mountain View and Redwood City locations, but no idea if they still have them in stock....

Just got 3 at the Columbia Maryland location. They had maybe 6-7 different patterns but not a ton of each. Most were 100 and 110, a few in 80,90, and 120.

No. I bought quite a few when they first sold them. You can buy new ones and return the old ones (mine will refund you the $9.97 if you don't bring the old receipt).

That's what I was worried about. I'm not sure where the receipt is anyway. I probably won't bother unless I find the receipt.
