Anyone have any experience with FS/FR from boden? I ordered from them for the first time during all these sales. The shipping was free, but the returns label in the package says $7 will be deducted from my return total. Is there a different label I am supposed to return or do they just know from the order number that I ordered during the sale?

I've done a ton of returns, always using the free returns label. In fact I rip up the paid returns label when they arrive in case o accidentally use one! If you have a free returns (all black text) label from any order, use it with your return and you should be fine.
