Default Lucky Sofia straight leg jeans at costco

Has anybody picked these up and worn them yet? I bought both sized 8 and 10 and cant decide which to keep. The 10 is more comfortable right when I put them, on but I am afraid they will be falling down by the end of the day. That is what is happening with my size 10 Sofia capris from Costco. The capris seem to be a different denim than the straight leg jeans so I am not sure how they will do after washing and after wearing them all day.

Always size down. I can wear a size 2 in Lucky Brand...even the kind not made in China or Mexico. That's insane!

"You've probably heard the expression 'I believe in God, just not organized religion.' I don't think people would say that if the church truly lived like we are called to live. The expression would change to 'I can't deny what the church does, but I don't believe in their God.' At least then they'd address their rejection of God rather than use the church as a scapegoat." The first time I bought Lucky Jeans, I bought what was comfortable. By the end of the day, I had the same problem - pants were loose. The next time I went to the store, they said that with the stretch, you should not size up, but down as at the end of the day, the will stretch a bit.
