Default Hot chocolate on a stick

Can you please recommend where you're buying from or a good seller that you're tasted from?

    Thank you

The Etsy seller I used before is no longer selling those. I ordered some from a different seller, but don't have them yet. Even when they get here I am planning to use them in the advent calendar or stockings so I probably won't have a review in time for Christmas.

Wow! How could I have missed that this exists! Thanks for the introduction.

Has anyone tried to DIY these?

I've being debating whether to give it a try. I'm confident I'll be able to make the chocolate fudge but I'm not sure I'll have good results with the DIY marshmallow. The marshmallow sounds complicated.

I made homemade marshmallows last year for the first time and they weren't as hard as I'd feared. I'm pretty sure I used Barefoot Contessa's recipe.

I've never heard of these Hot Chocolate on a Sticks. How cute!

We probably used the same seller last year! The ones I ordered from is no longer selling them as well!

Holy cow - I saw this thread yesterday but had no idea what hot chocolate on a stick was. Crazy enough, though, I just happened to make homemade marshmallows the other day (on a whim - it looked like fun and ended up being easy, and I am NO candy maker). I am going to try this! The marshmallows taste great in hot chocolate, so I think I can accomplish this. OP, give it a try! If I can do it, anyone can! This is the recipe I used:

Full disclosure, I used light corn syrup and DID use a candy thermometer.

i make homemade marshmallows every year. typically vanilla, peppermint and gingerbread. for the basic ones i use martha stewart's recipe (with gelatin, NOT egg whites....which is another way to do them)

i'm not a big marshmallow fan, but the homemade ones are much better and so good in hot chocolate. they are actually TERRIBLE for rice krispie treats though. how disappointing is that! when i make these for people they think it's magic

I think I'll try the recipe you posted, looks easy enough. Thanks for posting.
