Default Video chat options for multiple users?

I am looking into doing a virtual focus group via a video chat software -- travel has been severely limited so I need options! I have looked at Skype and I am not 100% sure it has screen sharing abilities (which would be nice) and Google+ but it just feels complicated to me.

Are there any others that I should check in to? I need the ability to add about 10 people total to the group and to be able to share either my screen or send documents to the group.

Google+/hangouts are actually really easy to use.

Can you confirm I need to do these steps:

    1. Add all of the participants to my "circle"
    2. Enter google+, pull down home and select hangout
    3. Select video call
    4. Choose "start a video hangout"
    5. The invite is then on my wall and I wait for invitees to join?

I've used zoom for screen sharing and video conferencing. Just another option if google hangouts doesn't work for you.

Skype definitely has screen sharing abilities and it's super easy.

Thanks to all of you. Following up to share that I think we will use Zoom. It has a nice professional feel to it and does everything we want it to. Thanks again for the input!

If you have any problems with zoom they have great customer service. We have a rep we deal with and he has literally called me at 6am California time on his drive into work.
