I'm so sorry. You are an incredibly strong, valiant, and caring person and father. I'm always very impressed and humbled with how well you handle your heavy load but you're not Superman and it's ok to let loose and expect the adults around you to toe the line so you can fall to pieces every now and again too. I hope you can get a break soon and that it involves an amazing massage, huge drink (alcoholic or not), and some peace and quiet.
