Default S/O best sunblock/sunscreen for sun sensitivity

Didn't want to hijack the sunscreen thread but what sunscreen would you recommend for excellent sun protection regardless of ingredients? I have sun sensitivity and burn/tan/get a rash:get brown spots on exposure to the sun. I have SPF screens on my car windows and have used neutropenia SPF 110 but that gives me a rash as well as doesn't stop the brown spots. Use Elta MD SPF 40+ which is great but doesn't block all the sun.I've resorted to walking around in the sun with a full coverage hat which gets me many wierd looks and would really like to just use a sunscreen instead of a veiled hat!!! Any ideas on the most effective sun block?

For the face I've been using this lately which my derm recommended to use on "outside" days where I'd have sun exposure for several hours.

    http://www.amazon.com/La-Roche-Posay...al+moisturizer

My face can be pretty sensitive and I haven't had a reaction.

Does it work pretty well for blocking the sun?

As far as I can tell. We are just getting warm and sunny here so I haven't had full strength sun yet. I have been out for a few hours here or there with sun and its worked well but the sun wasn't overpowering. My derm is about my age and very fair. She said she wears this one when she will be in full sun like at the kids games, picnics, etc. HTH.

The LRP sunscreen pp mentioned does contain oxybenzone so I wouldn't use it personally. They do offer a couple that do not have it, but I think that they have parabens in them so still not super safe. I was looking at that brand earlier today because they're the only ones who have been approved to use one of the new UVA screen ingredients in the US. It's called Mexoryl SX (also called ecamsule), but I don't think it's in that particular product.

I've looked at the LRP one with mexoryl and that one also has oxybenzone and is a lower spf (40 or so). I've thought of vanicream but I've heard its not as good a block and I'm actually pretty scared of nanoparticles esp without any long term studies on them. At this point, I'm scared to the point of paralyzed!
