Default Water Bottle Recommendations for 6yo at camp?

Hi - DD will be going to a camp that is primarily outdoors (with some indoor time) this summer. I'm looking to get some water bottles so that I can send 1 to camp with her each day. Any recommendations on good ones and/or possibly any deals on them?

I'd like: Dishwasher safe, easy to take apart, no lids/caps to lose, etc.

    TIA!

DS1 likes the 16 ounce Funtainers. A cheaper option would be the 24 (maybe 20) Polar Water Bottle. Plastic but insulated. No straws.

We've been very happy with our SS insulated cups from Costco, Contigo brand I believe. I also saw 2 packs of plastic cups, same style, at Target. They look like this.

Here is a 3 pack of a larger capacity bottle 24oz., if you think she will need more water than the kids size for a whole day. I would load it up with ice in the morning.

Here Target online has the kids size on sale for $7.99 each

the larger size in pink, turquoise and grey are $12.99 each

+1 on anything by Contigo, their stuff is a little pricier but kid-proof.

I, personally, would use whatever ones I have on hand that aren't my favorite. I would think chances of loss are pretty high!

So, for me, that would be anything that is NOT a Thermos intak. They are my favorite by a mile. Here's the older model for a bit less, these are what I actually have.

We have the Polar ones listed above. Originally DS1 used (which DS2 will use next year for K) the funtainers, but it is hot where I live and it wasn't holding enough water for him. I take the Polar ones (doesn't have a straw just a lid) and fill it about 70% full. I then put it in the freezer overnight and add the other 30% in the morning.

Thanks for the suggestions! I had been looking at the Contigo one - bonus that it's on sale at Target.

Agreed. I'd send something serviceable but cheaper, in case it disappeared
