Default Get another maestro or something else?

3 yo dd2 currently rides in a maestro and a nautilus. Nautilus is about to expire. I've been perfectly happy with the maestro and do not want another nautilus. Dd is 3.5, average weight and 99th percentile for height. Anything else I should look at? Don't want to spend $200+ for a britax.

How much harness room does she have left in the Maestro? (room until top slots)

plenty. She is on the 2nd to the top slot and I just moved her up there about 2 months ago. The maestro is just so much lighter weight, and has 2 cupholders which is nice. I haven't been super impressed with the Nautilus but I have the first version, maybe they've gotten better (DS used it first). Both my olders are in HBB turboboosters.

The Nautilus has never really changed, so if you don't like the old one, you wouldn't like the new one. Might also look at the Secure Kid, it's a Maestro with a poufier headrest and self-retracting LATCH, but otherwise, if you like the Maestro, it's a fine choice, the newer ones are actually super padded with really nice material, I'm impressed!

Thanks Jools! I don't really care about LATCH, I am generally a seatbelter-inner just because I can get seats nice and tight in my car really quick. Thanks!
