Where to find toddler boys footed pajama bottoms?

Good morning. I'm on a frantic search for 3T-ish footed pajama bottom separates because that's what DS wears at naptimes and he's too big for his baby pants now. I've struck out at Carter's, Old Navy, Amazon... Any ideas? Thank you!

Frugi's baby pjs in 18-24m and next direct 1.5-2y sizes run huge!! I bet a 3 year old can wear them. Ok, never mind, you want separates? I've never seen those before.

Can you do regular pjs with Hanna mocs or sleep socks? I've never seen footed pants after like 6 months or so

Actually, he's 19 mos but in 3T, whew. That's why we're looking for separate footies.
