    Default Toe cleavage

Can someone explain this to me? I know what it IS but I had no idea that people had opinions about it. I pick shoes I like and are comfortable, and that's enough of a challenge- do I need to be concerned with the amount of toe cleavage I'm showing? I work in a business casual environment and can honestly say the only time I pay attention to other women's feet are if I particularly like or dislike their shoes or if it looks like their shoes don't meet our dress code (no flip flops or sandals that don't have a back strap). Are people actually noticing how much toe crack others are flashing?

I personally think toe cleavage makes your foot look like you tried to squish it into the shoe like a stepsister in Cinderella. But if the shoe fits and is comfortable, then who cares?!

I hate toe cleavage on myself, and don't think it's particularly flattering on others. I agree with a PP that it often makes shoes look like they're too small.

I hate the phrase more than the actual thing itself.

Exactly! I don't like the look on myself (already huge feet), but I don't pay any attention to it on other people.

I agree. Everybody has different shaped feet so you could give two people with size 8 feet the same shoe- one might have "toe cleavage" and the other not, yet both say the shoe is comfortable and fits perfectly.

IMO, someone who is analyzing other people's shoe choices based on whether or not the space between their toes is showing needs a better hobby.

Excuse me, are you in a play?
