I didn't know D2S had DVDs. That's good to know. I would be far more likely to do it.

I got toned with Body Pump. I also kept increasing my weight and got strong too. Like I said, not body building strong (like my max on squats was 60lbs because more than that would be hard to get on my shoulders and hard to do for 5-6 minutes ).
That's great to hear! I think I'll do both (not at the same time of course). I think it would be easier to continue running with Bodypump, and maybe okay to substitute metabolic workouts in D2S with running as well. I don't want to lose my stamina built up from C25K. Still want to keep up with 5:2 and follow cleaner eating. On a different note, I never thought my health overhaul would have so many number acronyms
