That's great to hear! I think I'll do both (not at the same time of course). I think it would be easier to continue running with Bodypump, and maybe okay to substitute metabolic workouts in D2S with running as well. I don't want to lose my stamina built up from C25K. Still want to keep up with 5:2 and follow cleaner eating. On a different note, I never thought my health overhaul would have so many number acronyms
