We didn't for Lula because she came at 36 weeks and we didn't have a good enough reason to. In the interim between her and Dolly, my cousin was diagnosed with lukemia, so we decided to bank Dolly's.

No, we let our babies keep their cord blood and dont clamp it until it stops pulsing.

I donated cord blood with both if mine, but I didn't bank any.
We banked our last child's cord blood. Our oldest has a chronic illness. We did it just in case.
DD1 - 1996
DD2 - 1999
DD3 - 2005

Both OBs that delivered me felt that the cord blood banks are somewhat of a scam, but believed in donating (or letting the babies have it by delaying clamping.) My last baby was born in 2006, though, so things may have changed.

Yes, we banked both our kids as we were lucky that had the means to pay for it and I didn't want the feeling of "what it" in a situation where it possibly could have helped. We do have a serious childhood illness in the family too so I'm sure that played into our thinking.
We did not bank the cord blood. I felt strongly that I either wanted to donate all 3 towards either the cord blood/bone marrow registry or for research. DD2's cord blood was donated to Johns Hopkins for pediatric hematology oncology research.
