Red face good Youtube videos for working out

thought we could start a thread with good Youtube videos for working out at home. can be anything - zumba, yoga, whatever. I am realizing how EASY it is to squeeze in workouts at home now that my kids have gotten to be a certain age (they are 3 and 4)..basically I can do any video for 20+ minutes with them right there...I use the Roku to play youtube videos on the big screen TV in our living room. The kids are usually pretty entertained by the videos and often do the exercises along with me (so win-win!)...at worst they just tune out and play with their toys in the same room.

I found this intro zumba one - 15 minutes. I did this once twice today with the kids.

And of course, there's random things like Taylor Swift's "Shake it Off" music video...um, if this is not the mood-lifting video that makes you want to dance, I dont' know what is! My kids beg to watch it and love dancing to it. Should note there are some rather racy parts (I'm probably the only BBB parent who purposely allows her preschoolers to watch it . But there are no swear words, my kids LOVE it and it gets them wanting to dance.

Please post other good ones!! Pilates or other abs-focused ones would be cool.

Well, my favorite class is Body Pump but my gym offers it at crappy times. So, I found if on YouTube. I like this video https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=wWKt6C8VDFU
It's a weight lifting class. If you have 5-10lb weights on hand, you can get started.

I really like the Fitness Blender videos. Someone mentioned them here and I've been through several routines. I like the variety and how I can always seem to fins something to match the amount of time I have.

I've just bought the song "Shake it off" for my running playlist!

For Youtube videos, I really like Steve Ross's yoga show "Inhale". The show used to be on the Oxygen channel. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rr-n...z0nHVuSHhSj187

Just saw that he has all the videos here: http://www.dailymotion.com/inhaleyoga
