Just wanted to share that my sister had a really odd issue years ago. Went to her Gyn who rx'd meds for a uti, fixed for a minute and then discomfort returned. Went to a urologist who said they couldn't find an issue and wanted to do all kinds of crazy tests. Back to the gyn who suggested maybe it was all in her head. Finally was talking to someone about her issue and she suggested a uro/gyn she had seen. My sister went and he diagnosed her with a Urethra infection (sometimes it would show infection on urinalysis and sometimes not). Put her on a longer course of abx and eventually cleared her issues. She was so thankful for that random person who suggested she see this doctor and for him not just telling her that it was all in her head. ((HUGS))
Sounds familiar. Thanks for sharing. I might ask my doctor about it.

I hope you find relief. I just wanted to add some hope by saying that you are only 3 months post birth with a pelvic issue of some sort. I'm not saying that's OK - I think you need to do the things you are doing - but neither do I think it means you have failed to heal and will stay that way forever. For instance, after DD1, I had some pain with my tailbone that took months to go away. After my third child, I had some pelvic looseness, kind of, that went away after months. I also had a very weak pelvic floor that did not go away on its own at all, and I went to a women's health physical therapist specializing 100% in pelvic issues. Although I didn't have pelvic pain, she sees a lot of women for that. SHe did so an internal palitation, which was awkward and different than a gyn exam, but bearable. Anyway, I didn't have tons of improvement going to her - I didn't do a lot of home practicing and her personality was hard for me to work with - but she did help and I would absolutely recommend pelvic physical therapy to other women.
