Check out Michaels. I think I got a couple for DS before. It was in the floral departments. They are for vases and table decorations. DS has a large one and a smaller one.

I purchased these rings to hand out for halloween. This link is for 72, but they are sold in smaller pakcages. They are called strawberry, but they look like a jewel and light up. It is a jell material that fits my kids and my hands. It might fit a little kids thumb and can also be stretched to use a pony tale band.
