I signed up to bring in a healthy halloween snack for Stachio's 5k fall party. My thought was clemetine oranges with a small piece of celery for the stem. Easy-peasy! Stachio wants a skeleton snack. I thought I could do a riff on stuffed/braided bread but make it look like skeleton ribs (then just use other pieces of bread for the rest of the bones/skull. But I have to make this a night ahead. So I'm trying to figure out a healthy filling that doesn't need refrigeration AND is dairy free. Would love it if any of you creative parent could share your thoughts!
Or even a easier, different way to do a skeleton treat would be welcome!
